X-Press Insights Terms of Service


1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using any part of X-Press Insights, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Newsletter.


2. Description of Service


X-Press Insights provides a newsletter service where users receive insights, additional content, and promotional emails. This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
