X-Press Insights Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of X-Press Insights, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Newsletter.

2. Description of Service

X-Press Insights provides a newsletter service where users receive insights, additional content, and promotional emails. This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to use X-Press Insights only for purposes that are permitted by (a) these Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by X-Press Insights.

The X-Press Insights newsletter is currently provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees for certain services or features in the future.

If fees are introduced, you will be notified in advance before any such changes take effect.

X-Press Insights reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. In no event shall X-Press Insights, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
